I got to like the character to play them, Ivo.

Kirby just doesn't have that coolness factor, and doesn't appeal to me. He's a good character, but I wouldn't get anything out of being good with him. I'm sure I could get good with Kirby, but I'll have to pass.

Outside of MK and MArth, the rest of the characters I'm interested in are kinda sucky, lol.

If he's rolling away, Thunder jolt then chase it. If you think he'll roll back again, Side-B chase it or QuAC to hit. If he shields, grab him. If he spot dodges, fox trot forward then D-smash on his character while he's dodging. If he jumps you can QuAC then U-air or F-air into him. If he Forward-Bs, QuAC above and behind him then D-smash or F-smash him depending on where you land. If he Down-Bs run up and jump over and D-air him. Take care to avoid your Thunderjolt for either.

Chasing Thunderjolts is by far Pikachu's best use of Thunderjolt and his best approach. Oh, and to better chase it jump with forward momentum before throwing a Thunderjolt at the top of his jump, then FF to the ground and chase it.

Thanks Ivo, you're a living Brawl encyclopedia (that could even have been your tag), it's incredible!

Now I've got to practice Quick Attack Cancelling with input lag!

Signature goes here!

@ arc...nice finish on the last match

Well I changed my strategy after I realized that all you would do was run and toss thins at me, so I did much of the same until I could find something that worked. I realized the nair ate the pk bolts but not the thunder so it was back to shooting arrows at your bolts after that. Really it was an option of sit back and shoot arrows or get cought in a down smash or up smash to thunder which I would use the shield. *rinse wash and repeat*

Thanks, I was trying to go for shock humor with that one on your ganon... though I didn't expect to die for it XD

Against Twilit I couldn't stop laughing though, that arrow had his marths name on it for sure - heck I shocked I won that match too, he was playing pin ball with me in that area.

It felt like I was double teaming you though, I'm sorry if I was - I kept trying to keep it even but then it felt like I was jumping twilit.. though double teaming him felt moderatly pleasant. =)

I'm sorry guys but when I start to notice you two ignoring each other even or in this case one of you just gunning after me and the other capitalizing; I start running away - I don't like those kinds of games, could you guys attack each other also. >.> It's no fun having to dodge pk fire and turnips.

Sorry about that dude it's just the sometimes you run away but it's ok since you are using pit I sometimes do the same and get the others angry that rolling is addictive.

@ctk In the last week I've been trying to be more aggressive in the fighting I do and keep the pressure on, but it's hard to even start when your fighting 2 people at once, also whenever we play I get a lag for some reason, we may be too far apart.>.>

I have to work on my arrow aiming again though, my accuracy is get bad on normal shots' either that or the delay is causing the input to be a little too long so I get a higher degree turn that I want. Good games tonight though.

@ctk Also if you notice I rarely use the arrows considering what I could do with them, for the most part I am right in the mix with you guys.

Yeah dude good games.Since I also use pit I'll tell you something about it's at.You can change your control configuration are you having the tap on or off you can change?

If it's on them you'll have a harder time to perform arrow looping so if you really want to do this you should turn it off seriously if it's off it's by far easier to perfom with tap off you'll be able to make the arrow loop as long as you want but you won't by able to use the joystick to jump also you will have a harder time to perform wing dashing. So you can either have it on or off.

On:Windashing Off: Arrow looping.

Anyway in a brawl there is no point in doing arrow looping since the idea of this at is for mind games against your opponent but because there are 3 other people fighting against you is pretty much a waste of time trying to do this is better to shoot straight arrows. In the case of wing dashing my friend(kupo) the guy that discover it told me that some people consider it useless it can be use to avoid projectiles or for edgeguarding but if you get hit then you won't be able to recover again.I hope this helps you.

@Fred

Once I learn how to wing dash through your thunder and bolts then I won't run, until then I really have no game to get through it, the moment I put pressure on you, you make the mad run to the other end of the stage and start tossing stuff at me again and waiting for me to try to get in so you can down smash me. (That move has anti-air properties and insane priority) Considering I'm dodging thunder bolts the only way in to you is with the nair which really become predictable and typically I get grabed if I get too close and you run away if I get behind you.

I'm not asking that you stop running because well that would be like asking you to lose, so I'd hope you understand and do much of the same.

As for everything else, that turnip thing was pretty amazing. I was trying to grab the edge and missed and the turnip sealed the deal. I only wish Pit had a move that could kill at 70% at full power only one of his moves require at least 100% every thing else is 120% and up.
