Haha, sounds fun, for some reason I was expecting a story about kids going out of their homes playing catch, jump rope, hopscotch or other games kids used to play when video games weren't popular.
I used to love playing monopoly when I was a kid.
I'd spend whole afternoons just playing monopoly with my family.
and lol at your DS running out of juice a day after losing power.

So how'd you survive the nights? Candles?

Well, the hurricane passed I think during Monday and Tuesday.  Those days were nothing but strong winds and too much rain.  Wednesday and Thursday were thunderstorms.  Whenever the rain would stop, it would become very hot.  There was no rain yesterday.  It was just super hot.  I am surprised at today's weather.  It is cloudy and cool, and a little windy with no rain.

I used a flashlight at night.  We only had three candles.  One was in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom.

90 degrees is when we start pulling out our coats lol. a few days go the temp climbed to 111 degrees down here.

It was about 70 degrees where I'm at today. 111 degrees is just nuts. How do y'all survive that?! I've never been in that type of heat in my life. lol

Niko_K's Peach is so freaking good! Dark Peach and Edrees are also awesome with her. I still have a long way to go with my princess but that's what I like about her there's always room for improvement.

 

@twilit : Those were great games but you gave me such a hard time! I have to stop doing f-air when you're sheilding... you always grab-punish me.
