Whom ever is iLink they need to play ffa like ffa and not team up with ppl. If you wanted teams then make the game that.

@ jski....those guys were jumping me in that match. they weren't even hitting each other. thats why i stopped fighting you about 4th match in. one of those matches it was pretty much me vs. them when you got put out earlyl. i was trying to put in on teams on that last one, but you ended contest. we could of taken them no problem

i don't even no if ilink is one this forum...i had to add them when i joined you.

When I teamed with Cox he's hit me with 14 charged shots in a single match. We also KOed each other fairly often, at least once a match. Once you start getting used to working with each other, it goes easier. Me and Cox got to the point where we'd both leave the stage together and make a pseudo wall edge guarding. It just takes time.

It also helps to keep in mind that its NOT a free for all nor is it 2 seperate 1v1s. You have to always be aware of where your partner is, what they're doing, and whats happening to them. Knowing the spacing of your attacks is even more crucial in teams then in duels or free for alls. Learning some character specific team strategies also helps. Teams isn't the environment for constant character changing, but finding a cohesive pair that works well between both team mates. Cox and I learned Samus and Dedede failed together X.x

You have to understand Riot.  He used to love Nintendo a lot, but ever since Nintendo started doing more on the casual side of gaming with the Wii, poor Riot has begun to hate it.  So now every time he talks about Nintendo he's usually insulting it.  Mods instantly see it as flamebait or trolling and he gets banned.

It became a running joke a while back that Riot shouldn't be allowed to post outside of SSBB threads because he has a very strong tendency to get himself banned in pretty much any non-SSBB related topic.

Cox has to do it while he's online ^^; I have to wait til he goes away for me to do it.

Team-strategies are fine for you but I don't have a main.  I can win with pretty much anyone and everyone (minus maybe 2 characters).  You saw that when we dueled, I can use a different character every match without breaking stride.  The problem is that I don't have a strategy for getting around Luinil's smash-happy Lucas with every character.
