My top ten? I wouldnt know as I havent played all of the important people here. I havent played with WoW enoguht to know where to place him, I havent played against Ivo nor Twilit, and I havent played a lot lately as to know how good is everyone as for now.

just so you know was, I'm not disrespecting your skill. You are, without a doubt, one of the best players on the site. But I still think I'm better, though my marth stands no chance. I wouldn't even pick him against you in a serious duel.

You say that you think you are better than me, but our duels shows otherwise. Next time we duel I want you to chose metaknight and fight with all you got. Lets see if you are really better than me.

In all my matches I played on D/P I've not once seen a Wish Bliss. I played a good 300 some too. The one I saw most, was the one I said.

Exploding Lickilicky is still the best thing that game has though... I laugh for a good few minutes every time I get an Explosion off with several Curses up XD Stupid thing hits so hard it'll OHKO a Skarmory.

Almost done with a rule set... I can somewhat expect either a riot, or something less pleasant...

Also, we need about 5 volunteers to be in charge of editing the rankings list. Me and ivo and 3 other people. You have to post regularly so we can keep the continuity of the list going. Both players or referee must send results to one of the 5 editors.

First a fore most this needs to be said. This is an ONLINE league, meaning there will be matches where you will have lag. Sadly, little can be done about this, so just deal
with it.

Basics:

Time Limit: 8 Minutes
Best 2 out of 3
Items are all to be set to off AND the frequency to none.
Setting any of this wrong results in a forfeit.

Banned: Everything else. Picking a banned stage for any reason, results in a forfeit.This includes the optional bans if not agreed upon by both parties.

Match procedure:
Communication is slightly lacking over the internet, so these differ from standard tournament procedures.

First match stage pick. Please set the 5 (6 for teams) on your stage list and select random for stage selection. If decent communication between two people can be arranged, the stage strike system can be used instead.

Counterpicking: Once the first match has been played, the loser may counterpick a character and stage. Should the match start and your stage not be picked END CONTEST IMMEDIATLY. Do not wait, if you end contest mid match your match is considered forfeit. Continue to End Contest until your counterpicked stage is selected. The winner of the match is not allowed to change their character. If decent communication can be had, the stage is selected first, then the winner can change character, then the loser can change character.

In the event of Lag. If the lag is found to be too harsh between two people. They can agree to a draw and neither lose nor gain standing. They may then challenge one person above the person they lagged with, however, this can not exceed 2 people above their current position. If you lag with both, pick the lesser of two evils. BE HONEST. If you are found to be continually dishonest with your results we will remove you entirely from standing.

Video or Picture proof. Having it helps back your case and prevents cheating.

Move bans: Nothing at all is banned move wise. Chaingrab and Wall infinite to your hearts content if you can. Theres a reason why most stages with permanant walk offs and permanant walls are banned. If something is proven to be broken, we 'may' ban it. We need substantial proof first though.
