Ps+ still is one of my best 50€ ever spent.
People will get used to this and eventually find out ps+ is a beast

I've been hoping Sony would do this. They'd be idiots if they didn't. They need that income to dedicate it to improving their online, making it the best experience possible. Do hope they come out with some different plans/pay options, though.

Kinda sad about it, but I guess I saw it coming. They can't afford only having those who will stream and such paying, while everyone else is playing online for free. The fact that it requires PS+ also means that they pretty much will be able to have their own version of "the cloud", too.

Nice how people say this *now* as it is official. Why didn't people say this a year ago? And why improving? Where are the threads from Sony-fans complaining about their online-experience?

i don't play multiplayer almost at all but have a PS+ subscription.. so its totally convenient for me. and i always buy my video games brand new.. so even DRM won't effect me that much but still is a ripoff.
