That would make me laugh. It would be proof they may have completely lost their minds.

Oh well, I'm a whore for Halo so I would put up with it.

Well I think the sony stance on DRM might be a good thing for MS fans too. They might reconsider. THat would be good for everyone so I sincerely hope they do

Agreed.

But I'm still curious if all PS3 software is DRM free.

Sony said before that publishers have the option to make registration a requirement before a game can be played.

nah i disagree getting locked away from your games because you haven't been online in 24 hrs is a far better example of a rental

That's an ignorant comparison.

I can access my content once I'm online. Its not gone because I cancelled a subscription.

to each its own.. ps owners can access their disc based games by simply putting in a disc and nothing more

Unless you cancel your internet subscription. Or are you trying to say that you're your own ISP?

Or are you under the impression that the PS+ games disappear from your harddrive somehow if you cancel your subscription?

Or did you just try to fight ignorance with ignorance? You're a baffling individual Mr. Puggsly.

The word is (I know I am using this vague phrase a lot. But these are from insiders who have given legit info before) is that they were going for DRM and then changed their mind. They will most probably go with the current model of some games having online passes. The thing is MS basically set this situation up perfectly for Sony. Lesser evil and all that

Wonder how Sony is going to handle people who still want to play ps3 games on ps4. I think im just going to have to end up keeping my ps3.

The price is actually the big news, drm
Is the norm and the future but that 399 is very nice.

Love the wikipedia edits. http://i.imgur.com/vLNmkwF.png

Ps4 will be a HUGE success. 100M+ potential.

Also at 399, this makes Wii U premium seem really overpriced. Price cut incoming?

Less than $5 a month... the same actual price... $50.

Or $59.99 :)
