There simply is nothing that bugs me about the One.

This is a inet shitstorm only. You see people with thousands of posts on a gaming forum complaining that they need to connect once every 24 hours. It is ridiculous.

I can use my laptop on 3G when internet is down, so it's not a problem . Can One link to a 3G network and use <50mb of data?

Acutally I think I read somewhere that the Xbox One works with the 3G network to log in and get another 24 hours session of gaming. I am not sure though.

Yea, but data on 3G is expensive, and the internet is slow. I can't play online with 3G, that's for sure, and with all the background processes is there a guarentee that One will download <50mb? I don't want my One wasting my bandwidth.

Well a simple log in / log out via 3G for offline gaming won't eat much data.

Anyway, the fact that 3G is too slow for gaming is not MS fault, isn't it? When your internet is down, you just can't play online on any console.

The fact that every negative thread about it has become a soap box for some of the most ignorant posters to freely spit drivel over this community. It would also seem half the site rules don't count when it comes to XBO threads.

I completely agree, those corporate apologists, shills and white knights should be removed. Form the internet.

Where are the "What really bugs you about the PS4" and "What really bugs you about the WiiU" threads?

The problems with the Wii U (and PS Vita, also a big target for hate threads) became something minor with all the shit Microsoft threw on us during Xbone reveal and this week's "clarifications" on their DRM system.

Everybody heard of the rumors, but no one could fathom they would come true and turn out to be THIS BAD.

The PlayStation 4 had only good press so far, with the only real 'con' of the platform being no-backwards compatibility. All the other stuff announced by Sony has pleased the game community. So until Sony announces something bad (like DRM on PS4, ugly console or a high price, etc), people just don't have as much stuff to complain about. Certainly not as much as they have to complain about Xbone.

Oh, then why come in here for no purpose that to criticize people for their opinions on why it bugs them? If it doesn't bug you at all, why come in to make an off topic post?

Practice what you preach.

wtf are you talking about?

I was on topic, he was on topic  we were discussing his "what bugs me list"  you started talking about anti consumer.

Funny because the thread is WHAT BUGS ME ABOUT THE XBOX ONE and I made a list.

And, since I have consoles from the big three, what bugs me is indeed kinda relevant, cause I am a adult with enough income to buy whatever I want in terms of videogame and the Xbox One problems made me not want it, FOR NOW.

Of course it all can change, if the problems get solved.

I say: give me free online, at least the demos and multiplayer, also Netflix without Gold membership. My Xbox360 is offline because of free online on PS3, and, after PLUS, I actually started to buy more stuff from the Sony console.

Granted, I like Sony, but, not a fanboy by any means, heck, I play LBP Vita and Mario 3d land at bed time, no console wars at all.

All that to say: when gamers with no prejudice whatsoever don´t like your console, you are in trouble.

Die hard MS fans will NOT buy a PS4 even if it came bundled with Tory Lane in a corset, they will acept everything.

The same with Sony blind fans.

The real game is to gain the neutral gamers money, these (very cool) dudes will buy whatever is the best, not what MS or Sony or Nintendo makes.

If you are deaf and blind to everything, there is no point to talk.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

- Dead Rising 3 seems like a timed exclusive at best and does not really interest me - played a bit of the first one, got bored, never looked back -;
- Mirror's Edge 2 will come to the PC most likely;

Were either of these games suppose to be exclusive? If they are, they are for sure timed, just like many early 360 "exclusives."

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=575245

Mirror's Edge I think I read wrong, but that's what the leak says about Dead Rising 3.

I can satisfy my gaming 'needs' on PC because consoles don't really have a whole lot of interesting exclusives. DRM also pretty much kills ownership which is why I hate it (sort of), and XB1's stance on used games strikes the least 'harmful' part of selling used games the most - individual sellers and buyers on eBay and such. Also, that is the way I buy my used games so it hurts me.

And if I want to put it really short, it's the anti-consumerist policies MS is practicing here. I'm not going to support such a company.
