Isn't GameStick already a direct competitor? I think there will be a lot of those Android-powered "consoles" in a few month.

Mad Catz is the company that makes low quality knockoffs of accessories such as: 360 controller, Ps3 controller, and headphones right?
Well it was about time they make a low quality knockoff of the Ps3 and 360.
Also could you perhaps merge wtf and what is this shit! Into wtf is this shit!?

lol, alright. Ya madcatz stuff is rather low quality. There stuff is relatively cheap though, you can prob do alot worse then them. I still wouldn't recommend them though.

Madcatz makes very high quality Tournament Edition fight sticks (for fighting games) on both the ps3 and 360.

I remember buying Mad Catz wireless PS2 controller, thing was an absolutely terrible product it lasted probably less than a year granted it was 30 dollars. So I am not the biggest fan of this company. I don't think the Ouya nor the M.O.J.O. Will even be adequate alternatives of the Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft consoles. Still it is nice having a few new gaming devices out there.

They are most likely there to just provide a niche, maybe to the mobile crowd? They can also be used for roms which some like.
