I'm with you. And you can genuinely be impressed by a product, so it's not weird for a developer to praise a certain product. But this developer has done this like 4 times now since the Xbox One conference! That sounds like trying too hard.

I hate Avalanche Studios. These people believe they're some kind of Gods because of Just Cause 2, and they just make random comments all along. They suck for not supporting the Wii U and givin' a bad excuse.

This studio has been defending MS a lot lately. There's likely some kind of partnership brewing behind the scenes.

About the always one thing, give us an option. What might be beneficial to some is detrimental to others. This is how PS4 will work. You have the OPTION to have turn on automatic updates/patches/etc. This pleases everyone.

Talk about apples to oranges ... machines need electricity to function. Consoles have never needed to be always online in the past in order to function, and I am sure that the Xbox One would not cease to function if Microsoft just got rid of this absurd anti-consumer DRM nonsense.

The spin masters at these devolper studios are going to have to do better than this if they want to fool gamers into thinking that having a product with unecessary and completely useless restrictions on it is actually a good thing.
