For the guys her that actually think this is a good indicator - can we expect the PS4 to outsell the Xbox One 4:1 then? I mean all those polls can't be wrong, right?
According to Twitter we can expect the PS4 to outsell the Xbox One 8:1. According to Gamespot there won't be any country in the entire world where the Xbox One has a chance against the PS4.  If you only doubt just one of those claims, you get the idea how useless online polls are.

Wait for the Xbox reveal, before making the choice, they said.. Now they say, wait till E3 to make the choice. After E3 they will say wait till launch, MS will drop DRM

I think the best one of all is the arguments that it's all BS evidence until you have sales figures!!! aye, sales until the end of the year we shouldn't be allowed to say a single thing bad about the Xbox.

Not sure they are useless, they definitely tell us which fans watched the video at a higher rate than the other (or tweeted, or whatever). 

As for how much each will sell...Thats up to Sony/MS.  I do not doubt that each one will be sold out for a good few months after release, so lets just see how produces more consoles.

The polls are mostly comparing what we know so far about the consoles, and PS4 is just preferred over One right now. Accept it, move on. We all know that when the consoles launch, things will be different. But, this is still indication that PS4 has left a stronger impression.


So you really think that if both consoles launches today, the PS4 will outsell it 8:1?

From everything we know RIGHT NOW, the PS4 is the more attractive option, for everyone who watched in general. GAMERS, not just Sony fans.

Things could and will change to more favorable for any of those 2. Not everyone who votes NO to Xbox One will stop buying the console. PS4 is just more popular right now, it could get even more popular after launch or lose some of the steam it has right now if Sony makes a bad decision. That's all.

Illogical assumptions on your part. Face it, sony added much more and updated the ps4 dual shock then ms did. The new features such as speakers and touchpad could be what people voted for. nothing illogical about it.  who are these people running around say oh yeah boyee i got a speaker.  the touchpad pad sure.  xbox style curvatures and concave sticks, better triggers.  360 is and always has been the best controller except to those sony fans that just hate everything xbox.  theres a reason they approach bungie for help.  as for those sticks ive always hate them like that.  the 360 controller left stick is more natural period.  when you grab the controller your thumb its already on the stick and not forced

When I take the PS controllers, my thumbs naturally get on the joysticks. I barely need to move them at all. But when I hold my 360 controller, I need to force my left thumb up to touch the stick.  That position is very unnatural for me, it gets uncomfortable and my palm starts to hurt when I play for an extended period of time. Enough so, that I purchased the logitech F710 because of that. Even though I already had bought a 360 controller for my PC a while ago...

Oh, but since opinions are now facts: The PS controller feels more natural period.


so... that wold mean that a game that use only the left analog and the buttons your right thumb is uncomfortable?  since theyre pretty much in the same spot.  you must have tiny hands


Interestingly enough, it never did for the buttons. It's due to the kind of movement the thumb does on th sticks compared to the button presses. And my hands are quite normal in size, thank you. ^_-
