Good. That's one fear out the window.

Yeah but what does that mean for third party games? If EA is going anti-used route I can still see them pulling punches with the PS4, or other third parties.

But it looks like first party titles won't require internet at all for sure. They are saying it can be enjoyed WITHOUT Internet connection, but that doesn't necessarily mean EA will be cool with that with *THEIR* games.

I don't care either way but this is great for the consumer so... good for them.

It's just that simple.

win!

no clue what that means but if you mean because of the interent speed, my internet is very bad in my street here but it's still better as using devices build with internet in mind without using it.

Well, internet things aside, that's still a good console.

What's exciting to me is not the hardware functionalities in a new gen, it's the new IPs and innovation fest.

People buy anything on a brand new console so devs can try anything =3

That exclusive game mode for Fifa, Ultimate team that Xbone is getting is likely a gesture of thanks of EA to M$ for enforcing DRM while Sony didn't. Although at first it may not seem much, but Ultimate team is HUGE over here in Europe. I am not a massive Fifa fan but I played some and the way everyone hypes up Ultimate team, I was really surprised that EA actually made that mode exclusive to the Xbone when Fifa sells more on Playstation because that is the more popular console in Europe. EA are definitely trying to push some Xbones out in Europe with that decision and I don't think M$ simply paid for the content. But only time will tell.
