| Jega said: PS3 vs Xbox 360. Graphical Horsepower. I will admit it, PS3 exclusives do look better than Xbox 360 exclusives. Not that we were waiting for you. Known Fact. Whoever was responsible for the engine that powered most of the PS3 exclusives did a damn fine job. No shit. Imagine what they can do on PS4. That engine utilizes the PS3's full potential and is a well balanced engine. Umm-huh. Now, the Xbox 360 did not utilize such an engine as it internally developed for the PS3. Microsoft chose to go with the Unreal Engine 3 to power it's games. Now while Unreal 3 games look great, I prefer the engine that is used for the PS3 as colors pop more and the set pieces look larger. I don't know if anyone agree's with me on this. Again, known facts, very clear to anyone's eyes. The point I am making is that it is due to the engine, not technical power. It's half programming, half technical, actually. The only thing I can say is that if the PS3 is more powerful, why do multiplatform games perform better on Xbox 360? Because it's also (a known fact), PS3 is a total mess to program for and doesn't work as well for Unreal 3 games. After 5 years you would think developers would have a grip on the PS3's architecture. I don't think it is a matter of developers are making the games for Xbox 360 and holding the PS3 back. If that was the case PS3 multiplatform games would at least be on par with Xbox 360 games, which is not the case to this day. Many multiplats do look on par with 360 versions, what are you on? Lots of them, and this isn't new, so stop stating what is your opinion as fact since you obviously haven't played many multiplats on both platforms or you're rather poorly informed.
