My Scorecard ^^

Just a couple of notes....I took away faithfulness points (text) for those who made posts that were out of character in other threads. I think we could all do better in terms originality, but I suppose that always leaves the risk of losing points for faithfulness. Still, it would be interesting to see someone give their own take on a character.

but i have to disagree with the bolded part, there are some threads that i was interested in talking about in a more serious manner or just wanted to put my input, if we take away faithfulness points for posting normally it would limit our posts in the forums.

That's an awesome idea. I'm going to have people have a reserved post for their top 10 personal posts, and put the link to the post in my second post. Will make my job much easier and the game a lot funner for everyone.

Hmm maybe, during E3 I think I'll probably want to post as myself. Besides, it'll be fun to just chill on the sidelines for a bit and enjoy other people going at it. If there's a lack of volunteers I could probably be persuaded to do the next round (which you should not view as encouragement to start threatening people off the game BTW).

And while you're right to a certain extend about the faithfulness, I feel like that's part of the challenge, working you character into topics in which they really have no business. It does limit you in how serious you can be, but not the amount of posting you can do. Anyway, it's just my opinion. Obviously you guys can score it differently.

No, I see your point on the text Angelus, mixing in the world of the character with the topic of the thread is a fun challenge and should be part of the performance, so I also agree with you. I think it's a delicate balance.

Hmm, I thought I had this in the bag with my fantastic rendition of Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, oh well, I guess I succumbed to my own hubris. As it turns out, I don't post a lot or even go on the site a lot during weekends, as I am too busy tappin' ass, I guess a stronger followup to that epic song and more work put into the Larp thread would have worked in my favor.

Definitely a fun challenge to take on a personality like this, I made a mistake as it turned out to be difficult to produce my usual razorsharp wit and stay faithful to the character at the same time, even though Mary Poppins and myself both derive our sharpness of tongue from a similar style.

Next time, I will pick a character more suited for the audience.
