So I started and payed off the Fountain. (A Public Works project) And I payed off another one of my mortgages! (I'm now at the two-story house that has a mortgage of 290k or something.) Where is everyone else at in their mortgage?

Also, still working on those freaking flower hybrids. Now I have a black Tulip!

I'm at about 150k owed out of the 198k loan. Next loan I guess I'll get the two story house. Got a second bridge and working on a fountain now too...

How many hours do you got logged on AC:NL now nintendopie? Sounds like you are at about 40 hours already. I believe I am nearing 30 hours or so myself.

I'm nearing 36 hours for AC:NL. On my Top Games by Play Time chart it sits at 4th under Mario Kart 7.

I've only sunk ~30 or so hours into MK7 so far myself (should play online more with it).  Got a few other titles over 30 hours (Denpa Men, Zen Pinball, etc).  AC:NL is going to kick the shit out of all those games in playtime by next month.

My Top 3 are Pokemon White 2 at 150+ hours, Pokemon HeartGold at 55+ hours (My billionth time playing, that's why it's way less than W2.), and then Mario Kart 7 at 46+ hours.

Animal Crossing will surely sit at 2nd and will probably catch up to 1st sometime.

I've been working a lot of overtime lately so that cuts my playtime down.  You just got out of school for the summer right?  So you have a lot more available time to play video games than me.  Looks like I'll just have to advance a little slower than you.

Yes. I got out of Summer just two or three days before Animal Crossing released. Perfect timing!

I have a huge house but still didn't stop to focus on furnish it. And what is the matter with the flowers? I have been watering them. But don't know what to do with them. And what are those hybrid flowers?

I'm also on my 2nd floor and I built a bench yesterday and building a campsite today. both of which could be paid off today.my time is probably over 50 by now but my brothers are probably 1/3 of that time. did anyone talk to phineas and get badges besides me. I got both fish and bug maniac.
Also got a mermaid bed, mermaid floor, mermaid shelf plus a mermaid exterior in Nook's homes if Dolphin wants to come over later. Elite scavenger hunt is a really good grind for medals. it gives you 16 medals for gold which is completing it in under 3 and 1/2 minutes I think
