So I was just thinking about how much I want a Sonic Rush 3 when I remembered Sonic Generations was also on the 3DS, though I never even knew that until a while after I got the PS3 version. Still woulda got the PS3 version regardless, but now I'm thinking of possibly picking up the 3DS version at some point. So the question is would it be worth it? Or is the experience not different/good enough to make it worth considering when there's tons of other games out there? Let me know what yal think, particularly those that have played the 3DS version. Thanks!

Haven't played it, but it's a completly different game from the console versions. It's also completly 2D, the modern stages are supposed to be like Rush and the classic stages play lik Sonic 4, from what I've heard.

I would still get it though. I liked it just not better than experience then console.

If you can get it at a reduced price, then I would say it's worth it...

2 Sonic theme isnt relevant. They both play nearly identical. It doesnt help that Classic gets homing attack after first zone. The boss battles are pretty boring too with the awesome character battes from console version being just race to finish.

Alot of classic zones aren't fun to play in this version too
