This idea of cloud rendering is a total fairytale.
Why?
Because of BANDWIDTH.
Even if you have REALLY good internet (50 megabit), that's only approx 6 MEGABYTES per second.
Video game systems are already doing approx 20,000 MEGABYTES.
So we're talking about 6MB vs 20,000MB
It's a fairytale.
XBOX 1 does 1.2 Teraflops for gaming and that's about it. End of story.
