Whoa now...does that mean Sony is moving all losses from PS4 from Nov13-March14 into the next fiscal year?

PS4 R&D is eating into profits + it will likely launch at a small loss.
Vita will probably get a price drop will will eat into profits.
PS3 will probably get a price cut as well in order to keep it relevant as an affordable alternative to PS4.
