It's the internet - we're going to discuss what we know now, right now, not three weeks from now.
Of course new info comes out all the time and then we discuss in the context of that info.
Did people wait until all the details of who, what and why come out about the Boston bombings (or any news story) to discuss it? No of course not. They talked, tweeted, facebooked, etc. about it immediately.
