Wow I coined X1 right upon announcement on IGN and the acronym has exploded.

I have made a significant contribution to the world my fellow humans. My contribution will sift throughout the pages of the internet...reverberate through the phases of time and echo an eternity. I thereby declare....you know what enough of this BS...MS sucks for blocking used games with fees up the ass. X1 my @#!$!!!!

That's incorrect! The 15 games will all be from Microsoft Game Studios, therefore the 3rd party exclusives like Ryse and Quantum Break aren't counted. So that means Forza 5 is the only one we know about thus far. 14 more to go!

Also I doubt they're going to be shovelware as it's reported MS spent a billion dollars investing in new IPs for the Xbox One.

they said microsoft studios will launch 15 exclusives. so its not first party, since microsoft studios does publish gears of war for example. also its worth knowing that indie's and small devs cant self publish on XBLA, meaning they need to find a publisher.  its most likely that any XBLA game will be publisher by MS studios. so that number includes first, second and third party devs.
