Oh this new name will be so, so very confusing.

Should we call the original XB the XBX, similar to how PS One is also called PSX instead of PS1?

P.S. I just realized that I didn not include an option for no console, or just PC. Sorry PC folk!

I'm pretty sure PSX and PS one are two different entities.

I know what PSX is, but people often refer to PS1 as PSX...

LOL

Already own a WiiU and looks like it will be primarily for 1st party again. Also looking at PS4 so i can buy the 3rd party that WiiU won't get like Mass Effect.

I'm a bit skeptical. I want to say that I think Mass Effect Next will also be available on Wii U, but EA is publishing it....so it might not be.

When you think about it, Mass Effect Next runs on the Frostbyte engine, the same engine powering Mass Effect 3 and Battlefield 4. Mass Effect 3 did release on the Wii U, but at the same time BF4 won't.

It depends if EA see's potential sales for this game on the Wii U, they might not release it simple because the Wii U system can played used games, where XBO and from what I hear PS4 as well, can't. EA wants to sell as many new copies of this game as possible, so for that specific reason it might not be available on Wii U.

Already have a WiiU.

I will probably buy a PS4 in 2014or2015, after a price drop. And only if WiiU gets no 3rd party games the same way Wii did. If WiiU gets decent 3rd party support, even if it's with weaker graphics, I may stay WiiU only since I don't find Sony first party games all that attractive except for those from Naughty Dog. Or wait even longer when PS4 will be dirt cheap.

So I'll give 1or2more year to decide if WiiU has enough 3rd party games to satisfy me. And that also give me 1or2 years for both the XbOne and PS4 to proove themselves. Will buy the one that attracts me the most, and so far I would bet my money on PS4 cause if last gen was any indicator, Sony has way more exclusifes. And also gaming aside, the PS4 sharing they showed seems really interesting meanwhile idc about all these HBO, Netflix, Yulu, ESPN etc...etc... that XbOne showed. I just want a simple box where I can play games, I don't want a complicate dashboard with 1000s of apps and windows and services that I have to constantly have to pay for.
