Forums - Nintendo - Possible Nintendo Direct E3, “NintE3do Direct”, Timetable (Rumor)

I don't belive it.

If you count them, that's 21 Nintendo Directs. 21!  And some of them with japanese devs. Unless they count as a Nintendo Direct the written interviews of Iwata Asks there is no way that they can have so many videos.

But that would explain why EA is pissed off. Retro, Monolith, Disney, Ubisoft, Platinum, Activision, Capcom, Square-Enix and Sega have a Nintendo Direct for them. And where is EA?

Please excuse my bad English.

Alot of them are probably blocked into a single Direct

But then the wording in the OP is wrong, because that's what I got after reading it.

If it were something like 1 Nintendo Direct with all the games and then another 3 Nintendo Directs, 1 for 1st party titles (Retro, Monolith and Miyamoto), and another 2 more one with western developers (Ubi, Disney, Activision) and another one with the japanese ones (Capcom, S-E, Sega) then I could see it a bit more likely to happen, although I would still be very cautious about this rumor.

Too good to be true.

They have the date after each of them so all the June 10 could be one Direct, same with the 11, 12, 13.

It could be too good to be true, hopefully not tho

Why is their an Activision Asks? They don't Wii U.

Actually, it looks likely that Activision are supporting with at least most of their titles. They've released nine titles for the system, with their tenth releasing in two days, and another 3 confirmed for the system. That's not counting CoD: Ghost, which rumours and signs are pointing to being on the system. It's also not counting Deadpool, which has been showing up on retail lists for Wii U. Of their announced titles expected this year, that just leaves the newest TMNT title, which is download-only, and probably will end up being confirmed for the system, too (why would it be the only notable title left off the Wii U?). And then there's Destiny, which isn't due until at least next year, and is rumoured to also be coming to the Wii U.

It feels strange to say it, given how Activision was regarding the Wii, but it looks like they're actually putting proper support on the Wii U.

I'm sorry but that entire thing kind of seems like BS. A "Wii U Zapper"? Why would they bother, when motion controls ARE NOT the focus of the Wii U console?

Well, they did file this patent not too long ago:

is this real? it doesnt look like it would be stable at all

You can see it in action in the very first WiiU trailer from 2011's E3.

It looks doable to me. Not nintendo directs, but maybe 3 or 4 directs. 1 direct for first party games (zelda, mario, mario kart, smash, x, retro), 1 for the 3ds, 1 for the eshop (I am not too sure on this one) and 1 for third party games collaborations (Bayonetta, 101, COD...)

1 direct for 3DS only
1 direct for Western dev
1 direct for Japonese dev

Who makes all these gifs? These things are hilarious. I know I see these things pop up on GAF all the time.

Looks legit, which is why I think it isn't legit. Wouldn't mind being wrong though. =)
