Forums - Gaming - Ubisoft: next-gen will offer 'major leap in quality'

"Ubisoft also revealed sales updates for some of its biggest games launched in the past year. The company cited record-breaking sales of Assassin's Creed III (12.5 million shipped and digital units) and Far Cry 3 (6 million shipped and digital units). In addition, Just Dance 4 has now shipped 8.5 million units sold since launch last year"

I think if we get a halo in 2014 it will be Halo 2 Anniversary since Halo released in 2004.  Then Halo 5 in 2015.

Halo anniversary released November 15, 2011.  Exactly 10 years after the original.  Then 1 year later they released Halo 4.

3 years between Halo4 and 5? wth a dedicated studio?  no chance imo.

Halo 4 November 6th 2012

Halo 5 November 11th 2014

didnt it take 343i 4 years to make halo 4? it wouldnt be that far fetched for them to take 3 years (or more) for them to make the next halo, specially considering its on new hardware. but i suppose the Halo CE aniversary team probably already started on Halo 5 after they released Halo CE. though it isnt really out of the question for Halo 5 to release in 2015, thats basically my point.

How did Creed sell that much when the consensus is that it's one of the more mediocre AC games?

Bad quoting. Ubi has never excluded WiiU when talking about next-gen.

Ubisoft: next-gen will offer 'major leap in realistic shooters'
