Thats a bad analogy. American football is only that popular in America. You have provided no evidence to why GoW or TLoU would be biased from one region of Asia to Japan.

You have got your math wrong as well:

1) 40% is an average, it is by no means the max.

2) 150/0.6 = 250k

I would assume there is very little bias in how TloU is treated in Asia compared to Japan. Assuming Asia sales are = to Japan PS4 sales, that would leave TLoU/GoW having total sales of 500k or so in Japan.
