I'll wait to do my prediction on the day of the release... But I think that GE2 could be the first game on Vita to surpass 300k on a opening week... and this is WORLDWIDE since the console released...

Japanese may have become tired of Nintendo wearing out the franchise. It's Nintendo's only ace time and time again. There has been just too much Mario and there's only that coming up as well. Mario & Sonic, Mario Kart, SSB.

Nintendo is Mario dependant ---> Nintendo produces a high percentage of all of its games with Mario in the title ----> people become weary of Mario ----> Console sales don't recover ----> Nintendo produces even more Mario games out of panic ----> Mario becomes even more worn out ----> Sales drop even further

No new IP's for years with a decent push behind them. Nintendo is living of past successes and not trying to produce something new at all. They don't know how to market their stuff, it's like they don't even know who they are aiming to, at all.

Iwata is expecting SM3DW to revert Wii U's fortune and refused to lwer the forecasts. If this move fails, either the Wii U or Iwata will need to disappear.

Which is last gen (and during the first half of it) and it's been years since, we are in 2013, not 2006. Are you able to comprehend what others write? Perhaps your English level is abysmal.

Ok someone has to be that guy that predicts astronomical numbers for GE2 and i'm going to be that guy.

I don't think your prediction is too astronomic many game on Vita had more then 1000 preorder for every one point and it look like GE2 will finish with 450 points.



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

TBH I really do think GE2 can pull these numbers but compared to everyone elses it's really high.
