Small chance of getting LT, but it will never do nor the points in COMG nor the FW numbers MH3P got.

Ok let's have some fun.

According to Media Create the week before the release of MH3P, PSP sold 77k HW, and had a LT of 15.7m.
The game had a FW of 1.950.717, and HW that week was 325.528.
Oh, and it did around 5000 pts in COMG.

According to MC Top 1000, for 2011, and 2012, the game end up doing:
Normal version: 4.532.557
Budget version: 317.793
Total: 4.850.350

Now, 3DS is right now at 11.491.277 HW, and let's say it sells in average 40k for the next weeks. With 15 more weeks to go that's 600k, leaving the install base around 12.1m for the week just before release.

The budget version of MH3G has proven that MH games can have legs on the 3DS.
