Probably a combination of Nintendo games being made available for pre-order relatively close to release date, being more leggy overall (so top Nintendo games in weekly sales mostly released several weeks or even months ago while PS has more frequent releases that drop off more quickly), and COMG customers being more Sony-focused (see DQXI 3DS vs PS4).
