One thing I find strange is, where is Splatoon on the Amazon chart? I've only skimmed over the top 30 quickly but didn't see it there.

It's not officially up for pre-order yet.
Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

ARMS doesn't seem to do so well at Amazon Japan either, being at number 72 right now in Videogame bestsellers

Still not open for preorders outside of COMG.
Anyone has an idea when the preorders will finally open up?
There are high chances that will open this Friday along with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe release.

They should release a test fire demo for Arms in May. Since lots of people would have gotten a Switch for MK8D or just stock meeting demand.

This. I can't believe they haven't learned from the buzz/marketing/positive chatter Splatoon received with it's test fire. Let people play the game and see that it's fun!

Doesn't COMG slightly favor Sony platforms compared to Nintendo? This is a pretty rare opportunity to test that theory, anyway.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Hopefully they will. There's still time. splatoon's original global test fire was only a few weeks before the actual release and ARMS is releasing in June.
