flop of the generation ? seems more like it but it had a really good run for the franchise Monster Hunter and Pokemon remain as a Monster franchise in japan, Final Fantasy and Youkai Watch are gone from that list

According to Comg's twitter they've received an extra shipment for Pokemon S/M, that's why pre-orders for double pack opened again. Overall shipment seems to be very big, stock problems aren't expected at launch.

Skyrim made it to the list on its last day. Better late than never. 

Also, today is the day that pre-orders for Monster Hunter Double Cross opens. 

7 new games tomorrow. SaGa will be there for sure, and Monster Hunter seems a safe bet too. Other games that could chart Super Mario Maker for 3DS, Momotaro Densetsu and Kingdom Hearts 2.8.

You came to say what I wanted to say. Read my mind. Also to note, though, that it seems Double Cross pre-orders will be huge.
