Not likely my friend. This was from two days ago in a store near the Shinjuku area. Yo-Kai Watch 3 is being quite exposed and advertised. Pre-orders should decrease during postgw period, but return to increase again after that, being better throughout the pre-order period. There is even a possibility having a better first week than the second entry.

This means the combined preorders of DQH II are still below the PS4 version of the prior game.. Doesn't bode well for the continuity of the series.
