I remember you saying this awhile back, how does this time of year effect sales? Will Splatoon have 15k-20k per week for awhile, or will it steadily rise and stay around 25k-30k?

It's the Ocean Day. Maybe, some water-related games will have a slightly bump, lol. Seriously now, I hope so. However, with a 30k FW a good second week won't be that likely.

Well Mario 10 opened with 45 & 42 points for its two skus, and opened with 50k sold.

Now Yoshi's Wooly World is opening with 22 & 21 points for its two skus, so I would guess a ~25k opening Also Donkey Kong's first week had 81 points, and it had a 35k first week.

That would explain all the people today. Thanks. Though the protests in Osaka yesterday might have driven people off the streets.

 

OT: Nice to see DQVIII get some points. Hopefully news of the next DQ once it and DQH(in US) is released.

PS4 versions tied for this period. Ground Zeroes PS3 had bigger FW than PS4, for some reason demand is weak for MGSV PS3.
