o_O Is Rhythm Heaven a popular series in Japan...? It`s getting so many points... Also, no surprises from Yokai, and go go FE If : D

No, the Japanese hate it, they're preordering so many copies for the sole purpose of destroying them.

lol

Reminds me of when people in Japan literally burned their copies of Tales of Vesperia 360 because the ps3 version was announced and a lot of them bought a 360 just for the game.

As far as I'm aware the game is getting well promoted, and if I'm not mistaken the DS game sold over a million and a half. Pre-orders also have been very high during this weekend, at some stores. So I expect, at least, the fanbase to buy the game. 120k in its first week would be awesome despite the decrease, though.

It`s good to see it is getting some promotion. I haven`t seen much promotion myself, but I probably won`t be seeing much promotion until the release date gets closer. I hope the game gets good sales. It`s a really great and funny series : )

Rhythm Heaven is just going crazy. Hoping Ace Attorney does the same when it shows up.

I would be surprised. The only real Western exposure was the anime that isn't licensed here. They could do a deal where they publish the anime and localize the game. That would be nifty.

It's not licensed? But I watched it on Crunchyroll (I liked it btw)

Crunchyroll simulcasts shows, they do not often license and print localized versions of the anime (ie. what Funimation, Sentai Filmworks, etc do).

Shiren did better than I expected. Rhythm Heaven doing shockingly well.

Whereas Natsuiro High School did worse than I expected. Seriously speaking, I don't understand why you'd release a game like that on PS3/PS4 and not Vita, when that's clearly where the audience is for a title like that at the moment.

Oh those sexy Splatoon legs! I really hope this translates well into actual second week sales. I'd be awesome if Splatoon turned out to be the WiiUs killer app, but I think I'm getting ahead of myself on that one. Either way I hope we'll see a hold for WiiU as well this week.

Fire Emblem doing better, but not good enough for a weekend. Hopefully it starts beasting soon. Btw Tbone I miss your comparisons! I know If is ahead by a landslide but it's still nice to see.

Maybe Ace Attorney will show up in 4 days?

132points 1st week -> 86points 2nd week
65% hold over would indeed be a very good 2nd week for Splatoon if nation wide numbers show similar results

many things point to this game showing great legs (not unusual for Nintendo games), but there is a small chance that this 2nd week result is due to pent up demand from 1st week undershipping
