Yes, i get that people are slowly changing their minds but still! Crow will be served in great quantitys very soon!

Can you believe i predicted 10mil Sales for SSBU/3DS by years end or close to it (back in Oct/Nov) and many people thought it was optimistic and most were in the lines of 7mil-8mil, a couple 9mil (and 1 or 2 of the crazy optimistic nintendo fans like myself) and despite it doing 9.6mil i still got a few people trying to bully me XD!

But hey, that 1mil prediction of mine for Splatoon, i know its optimistic but im going for it. Apparently Some1 here will bump my thread when im wrong, but ironically predicts under 40k FW in japan :0

Edit: I made some unbelievable predictions before that nobody believed in (or thought was a little too optimistic), its the reason we are friends afterall right buddy?

That´s why your prediction on that thread is dangerous, for some people it will eclipse the success of Splatoon and anything below your expectation will be used against you and probably, it will be used in generalizations like "Nintendo fans were expecting 1 milion first month" when the game doesn´t achieve that. Hopefully you will be right and there will be tons of crow. But still, dangerous prediction. 

Obviously they dont know the power of little girls and boys squirting at each others face. 

I made that prediction after seeing the crazy push that Nintendo is doing. Also using shipped #s (+ digital) and 1 month is 5.5weeks.

I did use a couple factors for that number even if its a little optimistic (but not impossible).

~Game will have support throughout summer, including the month of E3

~Advertisements Rival MK8 compared to any other game on WiiU

~MK8 did 1.2mil FW (Shipped) and that FY had 2.82mil.

~Above Point was also when WiiU install base was at 6.5mil-7mil, it'll be over 9.5mil+ end of june

~While we dont know How its doing in the West, Japan is surprisingly doing much better in terms of pre orders than anyone expected. 120k sales are already done before release (ship #s) and thats not the final count (could push an extra 10k,20k,30k,80k,etc)

~WW Shipments will easily be no less than 400k (The absolute MINIMUM) During its FW.

Seeing how FW sales WW can be at least 350k or up to 500k-600k, I think 1mil has a good chance of happening. I'll LMAO if the game does 1mil in shipments+digital in just 2-3weeks!
