Dark Souls opened with 282k and ended up selling 540k.

Dark Souls II opened similarly, with 257k, but has only sold 350k LTD. However, it hasn't seen a budget re-release like DS1 did, which boosted sales a lot (over 60k 1st week). With a PS4 version coming, I don't think it ever will.
