That is another matter. It is common knowledge, or at least SHOULD be, that MS has been hiring for existing studios and buying/creating others for the past few years. All are working on next gen games/services.

MS is sitting on their asses and I can't wait till they get hit hard. Hope ^ takes off prob. with google supporting it it can. 

Also Sony is missing from any patent lawsuits. What are they doing right?
