If it's selling less than previous years then it cannot be "More popular than ever" Turkish. They do seem strong figures year on year though, perhaps you should edit the title to something that's less sensational (and incorrect). perhaps "still in strong demand", "Chasing down it's rivals", etc.

Just like with the 360 though, these figures prove the console is massively undertracked on here.

The PlayStation maker saw sales decrease 12.2% overall year-on-year to 707.1 billion yen. Sony pins much of the decrease on a decrease in PS3 and PSP unit sales as the machines age. Vita hardware was also cited as an issue with continued sales struggles and February’s Japanese price cut both impacting the company’s bottom line.

Wait they expect to sell only 5 million PSPs and Vitas combined? That's terrible to say the least. Clearly WiiU and Vita are not brothers in "doom".

The new 12GB model must be doing gangbusters in PAL territories.

This quarter though, PS3 was like up YOY unless PS2 suddenly sold a crazy amount.

Has Sony ever stated Why the 12GB isn't available in the US ?

It seems to me they don't like making money.
