I had a lot of fun with my GC. Sure it ended in last but Nintendo made decent profit with the GC along with GBA/DS. Xbox might have sold more but they took huge losses. Sony took huge losses with PS3. I'd argue that profit is more important than sales. Nintendo will survive. I can't say the same about Sony or Microsoft game division. If Microsoft wasn't a huge company with deep pockets then they would be bankrupt.

Bashing? Sorry but I didn't read any comment bashing Nintendo... they are taking about the hack and some thing it is good and others not... for me hack is always bad but I can't argue with these that think the hack is good.

if you work at or have shares in these companies then your points are valid, if you just play games then your points are meerly a poor retort to defend against what is obviously the downfall of another nintendo system.

Some comments on here about how hacking has never hurt a console.... What a load of crap....
When developers are designing a game they have to factor in how much money the game will make
and attempt to make a profit. If everyone pirates the game that is low, hence the $, time and effort put into titles
is lower. But the thing that pisses me off is that all you Gen Y losers that do this are the same ones who will rant
and complain when upcoming games suck due to lack of funds....
Get a job you losers and stop thinking that just because you own a PC that everything should be free....
That thinking is the biggest threat to the games industry today...
