If I told you in 2004 that games like metal gear devil may cry tekken and final fantasy 13 would be on then xbox 360 and that the xbox 360 would sell more consoles than the ps3 you would have called me delusional fanboy then.

And I really thought then that Microsoft would do exactly that and xbox 360 would do well because of it.

Now I am having the same thoughts about Kinect 2 and Xbox 720.

Not saying that will happen, this is just my thoughts opinions

What makes you feel that Kinect 2.0 will be a killer app? Since we know little about the next Xbox and kinect I'll go on the assumption that the motion tracking is much improved. As one user put it he feels PSEye will Negate Kinect, though I feel Kinect 1.0 already negates Kinect 2.0. It's definitely a nifty feature that sold very well but I doubt it will be the next xbox's selling point.

well I think their main reason for having it is to negate Kinect.  Now even if Kinect has a higher resolution or works a little better they can still advertise and act like they have all the same features.

True but I don't think that strategy will work.

what could MS show that can't be emulated through PSeye?  It's better than the Kinect camera if I remember a spec comparison correctly and I don't think MS will be making it a super advanced camera or they would be losing a lot of money to keep that system affordable (yes MS has money to lose but that doesn't mean they want to or are willing to have an unprofitable system).  Sony will just say "we can do that too" and show demos like Kinect 2.0 demos.  Then again more people are signed up for Live than PS+ so maybe MS can convince people they have a superior service no matter what.

Not only are you derailling the topic but you are also flamebating.

I won't change what I said either, which is, the arguments of the OP are so far from even being a bit relevant or rational that there's nothing to discuss, precisely because I think this comes from someone who is too young to realize how desillusioned his vision of the Kinnect appeal and success is.

Did you read what I said on page one. Those are some of my reasons.
