Funny and sad at the same time. Im glad some games dont have voice chat on ps3, i always had it off on the 360, i hated to hear people breath heavy, have crappy music in the background, getting yelled at by their mom, or the abundant use of racial slurs and multiple F-words.

Wrong. Mature themes and elements can be used superficially and immaturely.

Ripping an enemy's head in Gow Of War for example is a mature element but is used as nothing more than bait for 14 year olds.

They are...he doesn't even know what mature means then. Mature means strong language, high violence and chances of nudity. Things kids shouldnt be seeing until they are 17+ in the United States. Movies have the same issues. What people who defend Nintendo will say to make Nintendo seem mature is they'll talk about gameplay. I havent seen a mature first party game ever from Nintendo. Mature just means a game with adult themes, aka games children shouldnt be playing.

Nintendo makes second or third parties make their mature games. They dont want to be associated with those creations but they'll sign off on the games most of the time.

I quickly mute all of these brats before my Halo matches.

Anyways, are you guys really surprised that little kids play these games? Heck, I was playing Mortal Kombat 2 when I was only six years old.

What? Isn't Gears of War banned in Germany? Little kids should not be playing that game that is just the issue. Never have I seen a God of War  nor Gears of War commercial baiting children with violence, its usually like a music video of some emotional scene with Marcus. COD commercials I am on the fence about because they could be suggestive getting you to get into the fun. The game is a mature rated game aimed at 17+ aged gamers and kids want what they cant have, which is why they go for the COD's, Gears and God of War titles. The parents give them Mario, they beg for COD.
