GTA4 guy is Serbian/Bosnian not Russian. And suspects are not Russian but Chechen.

Not a glorious mistake, Chechen is apart of Russia... And it says on wikipedia the characters on GTA 4 are believed to be Russian with their obvious Russian accents.
