I haven't played the most recent 3DS titles yet, but I would recommend Super Mario 3D Land and Resident Evil: Revelations.

Man you guys made this difficult, I said pick TWO games that you would recommend not ten lol. Anyways the clear winner was Fire emblem but second was a dog fight between Luigi's Mansion, Mario 3D land, and Kid Icarus. IN the end the two games i'll be buy are Fire Emblem and Luigi's Mansion.
