Thats an example of ONE pokemon with multiple forms. The basic pokemon evolves through different conditions into a different final form. 

Mewtwo straight up evolved......the same evolution style we have seen since Pokemon red and Blue.


Dude its just a new form they wouldn't make a new evolution for a legendary it's the same with Giratina's Origin form,Shaymin's sky form,Keldoe's resolute form and Meloetta's pirouette form.Also no legendary to date has an evolution.

Hmm, maybe your right. I guess if Mewtwo were to "hold" a certain item or something it could change into that form. I wonder what type it would be (assuming it goes double type with this new form)
