Bring on Windows 9 already...The speed boost of Win8 is nice, but that's about it. If it weren't for the free tweaks that add the start button back in and allow you to boot directly to the desktop I would already have downgraded back to Win7.

Microsoft being one of the biggest Computer software companys ever, means they cant fuck up. but they have fucked up and now the PC market is in a hult. so give Microsoft some time and we'll see what we come of it all. if its horrible again, we can kill Bill Gates and get on with our lives APPLE

The errors that MSoft are doing with Win8 are just ridiculous for a company so big and with such experience. At least there seems to be some hope...

Windows 8 is easilly the best OS ever made, Win7 was good but compared to 8 is bad bad bad, desktop is cool and all but we need to evolve, Touch Screen and those interfaces are the future just look at iOS sets the world on fire.

Windows 8 is amazing, fast, secure and fluid, some apps are jaw dropping and i still got everything i had on W7 desktop just much more faster and more beautiful.

I hope this update is Free and brings tons of new things, Windows 8 is the best and hatters gonna hate ebcause they are just losers at life that cant adapt to change.

Windows 8 is here and wont change, keep dreaming about Win 9 being more like Win 7, you will be lucky if they dont drop the Whole Desktop concept by then :D

It simply should be a choice after start up. Have some sort of obvious option to make the Win8 menu changed to a typical start menu.
