Pretty much exactly once a day. Sometimes not at all and rarely twice. Practically never three times or more. Nice natural colour, healthy consistency. No worms. My... record... is seven days without .

im not sure how fast your body recover from sympathetic response for you to improve your bowel movement which is a parasympathetic response
