And without government neither budget, we had no civil war, riots or even some burned cars. France had riots all over the place and cars burned by thousands in the streets with a government. We speek three different languages and still understand each others, while in france, people hates the one living in the town 20 miles away. We have more immigration and lesse problems, less racism. Every big decisions our government make, like gay wedding or abortion, we make it ten years before France and USA for they finally make the same. We even partially legalized marijuana decades ago.
