Because GameStop are incredibly reliable, eh? Remember the 500000 preorders for Wii U? And it's in a games store, what do you expect?

The success will be judged months after the system launches, not at launch. So these hype things means very little if the long term success of the system is poor and as of yet unknown.

The iPhone 5 has been out since last year. Many people have already bought one. If I took this survey I wouldn't expect to be purchasing an iPhone 5, but that's because I already bought one last year!

Anyway are you expecting the ps4 to outsell the iPhone 5? First weekend (3 days) sales were 5 million in the 9 countries it released in. I expect the GS4 will also have good sales as well. They both cost more than the PS4 will as well.

Can you preorder the PS4? Besides, the iPhone 5 has been out for several months, none of the stuff on this list besides the PS4 is upcoming tech.

Lol, so lemme get this straight.

They did this survey outside of a GAMESTOP, probably with some 30-year-old neckbeards wearing comic book/video game related t-shirts and didn't even give the option of XBox 720.

Ahahahaha. You might as well have run a survey for who makes the best music in the world outside of a Justin Bieber concert (wild guess: Justin Bieber is probably going to top that survey). 

The iPhone moves more volume in one quarter (20 million) than the PS4 will for its entire first year.

I know and I think it's stupid for the same reason to compare consoles to PCs.  I get a console because I know it will get the full support of the company for 5-7 years and in Sony's case some support 10 years at least.  Everything will work with it and new updates will continue to improve it as well as optimization.  You don't see much support for 07 phones from Samsung and Apple.  Also consoles are less expensive by a longshot when you factor in contract costs after the $200 initial payment as well as data plans, but then again these are mobile devices so in the end the comparisons are just stupid.  They're completely different pieces of tech that serve completely different purposes with completely different structures for profit (since consoles sell at a loss and make money on services, peripherals, and software).

One would think people can't read when you see comments about no xbox on the list. It's right there 6th line down.

I can't read I've just been guessing with reading and writing my whole life.  Is any of this correct because I'm just mashing random buttons?
