Seems like both did over 600k in March in US... and GoW sold 10k more than Gears.

I want to see how the numbers will change after the adjustments.

So a retailer can't give a random price cut for a game now?  It's back to full price on Best Buy and Amazon gives cuts to almost every game on the site.  Didn't check Toys R Us.

The hell happened to Gears? people just stopped talking about it all the sudden.

not that I think thats a bad thing, I think the series is overrated, but so is Bioshock :/

Gear is getting DLC here and there to keep the game fresh. Granted they are just maps, skins and one new game mode.



It's just that simple.

God of War Ascension will outsell Gears, look at GoW:A's 4th and 5th Week, 54,000 and then 40,000 compared to Gears 46,000 for week 4, it just won't have the legs it needs.



PSP Lifetime more than PSV+3DS Lifetime.

Both games are so similar that it's actually kinda scary.

Anyway GeOW is getting its DLC first so that should help with its sales. Anyone know when GOW is getting its first DLC?
