Forums - Gaming Discussion - Software Will Not Boost Wii U Hardware Sales

Dumbest thread of 2013 already

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

when mario, zelda, metroid and a couple of other good first party titles are released we'll definately see a huge increase of games. Everyone i've talked to local is only looking to buy the WiiU once some decent games come out (lego city is okay but its not AMAZING).

Seriously a HD zelda will make me wet my pants....and this is coming from a playstation fan who got the wii as a gift and fell in love with mario and zelda all over again, then let it collect dust

Sooooooo... if VGChartz numbers are accurate, sales jumped 196% in the US, 118% in the UK, and doubled in Europe. Games are released and sales spike... What a coincidence.

yea the uk had a 140 euro price drop and it sold 3-4k units more, these are official and as for the vgcharts, they been off  by a country mile on hardware chartz the last 2 months.

So did Wii U have the most anticipated title release this week AND 200$ pricecut in UK? Only 20k boost? Wow, that is awful.

I was taking a look at all those titles in the Op, and sorry but the word boring was the first one that came to my mind. I was yawing while watching the list. And that's not trolling, just what I truly think. People have different tastes you know.

Since I don't have a crystal ball I can't answer to the question if new software will provide a substantial lift in Wii U hardware sales.

I apologize in advance for my bad english.

Stating your opinion is not trolling, don't worry about that. I know how you feel, I get the same feeling when I check out the first party titles on Nintendo platforms.

And this comes from an Arsenal fan. You are not worth listening to if you don't have anything worthwhile to say.
