she is/will be profiting based on the abuses of her from the italian "justice" system and european media.  you act as if her life was all rainbows and sunshine.  her book isnt about how she just happened to be the roommate to someone who was murdered by some smackhead hobo.

Justice system claimed she was innocent and now the appeal is going through, just like any trial in Europe, this is just what occurs. Regardless, she and her former bf should not be making money from it. She still has be 'life', Meredith does not.

IF I was her I wouldn't go, the way the prosecutors botched the evidence that was first used to convict her; that was later brought to light for her freedom, who knows what they might pull(not knocking the whole italian legal system)

i just wanted to add that you would have more basis to argue the italian prosecutors hand over their pay to the kercher family for continuing this charade.
