so 2 things started to stack up in my gaming obsessed mind.. 1. i always wanted the GT5 Blue PS3 they released in Japan and 2. OH MY GOD PS+ is giving me games faster then i can play! 

so when sony released a Blue PS3 in the UK i obviously had to buy it! 500GB HDD + Okami (a game i have always wanted to play) & The Lord of the Rings: War in the North are FREE on PS+ in April so i thought LETS DO THIS! 

so basicllly i want to connect the 2 PS3's together to transfer all the information so when my new one turns on its exacly the same as my old one! how do i do that? what cable do i need?

How much gb of data does you're current PS3 have?

1. you will need an Ethernet cable
2. deactivate your psn accounts
3. sync your trophys
4. hook up both PS3 on the same tv's
5. hook up both PS3 with an Ethernet cable
6. go to data transfer, and do the rest :)
