Not 100% sure but GAF is acting like he's real.

Like GAF itself is real, bunch of computers AI trying to control our minds!

They are probably just jumping the gun because kojima was dressed up. I'll do some research.

There is this, but unless those eyes move than that character in the interview was totally GC. Why else would he make a mask? That person doesn't exist.
